I got back from Nicosia a couple of days ago and I still can’t stop thinking about it. What an awesome experience this was! I met interesting artists, got to make new friends and gave two packed digital portrait workshops.

On the first day, we talked about colour, light and the emotional use of colour palettes. So I painted a colour portrait step-by-step and so did the 9 talented participants. Next day, I shared the fundamentals on black & white portrait, shared tips about tones and we all drew a b&w portrait. I have to say I was amazed that in just one weekend, all the guys participating came up with such nice work.
